Wasco Families,
When all of us: staff, parents, and children think of participating in a school community, I think we could all agree that belonging is essential to our outcomes. We all want to know that the people around us value our contributions and wish to engage with us for the purpose of creating a “village” that serves to engage kids in academic and social enriching activities.
As your principal, I have the pleasure of watching the process from all vantage points: parents, staff, and children. I have the very best job! Case in point, our last PTO event had exponential growth in attendance and volunteerism. It was my pleasure to serve alongside many of you as we provided a fun social activity for our community. During this event, and others over the course of the school year I saw how we shared our talents and the diversity of our community enabled our kids to shine. They find friendships, learn from others, expand and develop talents.
We are doing this work together and I look forward to developing new ideas, programs, and connections for the next year! I hope you enjoy some our of favorite pictures of the learning community we are building!
Have a safe and joyful summer!
All my best,
Principal Brennan
