Registration is open until the week is full!

  • Click the "Sign Up" button on the home page.
  • Complete the information on the form, estimate number of attendees, and submit.
  • Your registration as a church is complete when your deposit is received. (see below)

DEADLINES

UNTIL MARCH 3rd (EARLY BIRD)

  • A $750 non-refundable, fully transferrable deposit must be postmarked by this date.
  • This confirms your registration made online and allots you your estimated number of attendees at the rate of $285 per attendee.


AFTER MARCH 3rd

  • A $750 non-refundable, fully transferrable deposit must be submitted.
  • This confirms your registration made online and allots you your estimated number of attendees at the rate of $295 per attendee.


MAY 1st

  • A second non-refundable, fully transferrable deposit of $1000 must be postmarked by this date.


JUNE 16th

  • Individual online registrations should be complete by this date.
  • Most accurate shirt sizes should be submitted for all estimated attendees.
  • Lowering your estimate after this date will incur a $160 penalty per individual.
  • Additions to your estimate will incur a $10 service fee on top of the original registered price.


JUNE 30th

  • FINAL payment and Student Pastor Agreement should be postmarked by this date


You can additions up to your arrival at 220, please bring a check with you for the balance due for all additions after the final payment is submitted.
