It feels so wonderful to have a new identity to go along side our new name. #LSEWhoAreWe...well, we are the Locust Street Expressive Arts Phoenix!
Arts Spotlight
Fourth grade will be using the time travel machine to travel in and out of time to reveal their scientific knowledge of the weathering effects on landforms as they erode and change. Their ink intense color pencil drawings coupled with some 3-d objects will move across the screen in an animation to be projected during the Star Wars Epic II Suite, performed by the Civic Orchestra, as part of their Music of the Stage and Screen. This project is coming to fruition through the integration of science, art, music and media. Please mark your calendars to come see and celebrate their learning on February 29; 3:30 p.m. at The Missouri Theater. It will be magical fun family event! Check out their website to see the full program of diverse music to be performed.
