Dear Brophy Explorers Families,
Dear Brophy Explorers Families,
My name is Phylicia Daniels, the Coordinator of the Brophy Explorers OST Before & After School Program and I would like to welcome our new and returning Explorer friends to our Program. We are excited to be up and running again and look forward to starting on Wednesday, August 31st 2022. We are just a few days away from all students being back with us in program and are super excited about what's to come! At this time, I want to highlight important information for our families.
Reminders & Important Program Information:
Medication/Epi-Pens/Individual Health Care Plans
- Any student that is required to have Medication, an Epi-pen or Asthma pump during our program must have it dropped off on their scheduled first day or will not be able to attend until it is provided. No exceptions.
- All students that have any pre-existing medical conditions that may require medical attention if experienced during program must submit an Individual Health Care Plan from their doctor in order to attend the Explorers program (ex: epi-pen, Inhaler etc)

- Payments are due on the first of the month. We strongly encourage payments to be made online through your MyRec Account. Please click here to access your account and see your existing balances and fees there.
- Payments can also be made via check/money order, made out to: The City of Framingham, with your child’s name identified in the bottom left corner on the For/Memo section. If choosing to pay by check, please drop the check off directly to a member of the Explorers Team.
- Late Fees: A $25 late fee per child will be applied to accounts that are not received by the first of the month.
- Late Pick Up Fees: Please note that we close promptly at the end of the day. A late fee of $1 per minute per child will be applied to any pick up that occurs after your scheduled pickup.
