IAR Testing
*Ensure your child goes to bed on time so they are well rested for the day. After all, sleep is one of the 10 things the brain needs to be healthy and ready to learn.
*Arrive to school on time. All grade levels test in the morning when students are at their freshest, so being on time for school is imperative. Students who arrive after testing begins can not be admitted into their classroom until testing is over. They will then test in the afternoon and miss out on what their class is doing.
*Have your child eat breakfast at home or tell them to eat breakfast at 7:10 at school.
*Encourage your child to do their BEST and never give up!
*Remind your child to charge their Chromebook each night and bring their headphones.
Here is the testing schedule:
Wednesday, April 5th: English Language Arts (ELA) Session 1
Thursday, April 6th: Math Session 1
Tuesday, April 11th: ELA Session 2
Wednesday, April 12th: Math Session 2
Thursday, April 13th: Math Session 3
5th grade only: Tuesday, April 18th: Science Session 1
5th grade only: Wednesday, April 19th: Science Sessions 2 & 3
Let's ROCK these tests, Mustangs!

Any questions about your child’s placement for the 2023-2024 school year should be directed to your child’s current school. Parents may choose to pay using our new online payment system. The system accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and online checks (ACH) payments. Information is also included in the registration system for parents to choose to pay in person or via mail using an alternate form of payment (check, cash, or payment plan) or to apply for a fee waiver. Click here to find out more information about the D200 PowerSchool Registration System.
Elementary parents are reminded to submit their forms no later than May 5, 2023. Students whose elementary registration forms are received after that date may be placed at a different elementary school to balance class size.

Estimados Padres/Tutores:
