Have you ever wondered why the Civil Rights for colored people was achieved? Jackie’s bravery helped give rights for colored people to play baseball and he supported Martin Luther King Jr. in his fight have the same rights as white people.
Jackie's Early life
Jackie's life started in Cairo, Georgia. The youngest of five was not interested in sports. But then his brother Matthew Robinson Inspired him to play sports and that is what started off Jackie's sports life.
Jackie's Middle life
During his middle life, Jackie fought in World War 2 then after he played baseball. That is when he became famous he won the World Series and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
Jackie's Later life
Finally, in his later life he helped fight for colored civil rights with Martin Luther King Jr. Later he set up a foundation called the Jackie Robinson Foundation to give colored kids educational scholarships.
