Bus Rider Information
The whens & wheres for your bus rider
Need bus stop info?
If you are unable to log in to Focus, then you can also use the Bus Planner website. BusPlanner Web can be found at https://sdcc.mybusplanner.com/.
Please note that parents will now be required to create a BusPlanner Web account using an
email address. In doing so, parents will now be able to add their children to the account. From
then on they will only have to log in once to see all of their children’s transportation information.
Also note that Clay County School District does not utilize BusPlanner’s Notification Service so
items discussed such as “Subscriptions Settings”, or “Alerts” do not apply to us.
For route times, bus stop location, bus numbers, questions about student's bus stop, complaints, or concerns parents can do one of the following options:
- Go to www.oneclay.net select and log in to the parent portal, select there student's info, select transportation. This will give them bus stop time and location for their student.
- Go to www.oneclay.net/transportation select transportation inquiry form. Fill out the form completely and we will call them back within 24 hours to follow up. (submitting the inquiry form, sends data to a spreadsheet my team keeps track of).
- Email routing@myoneclay.net Routers and administrators get the email.
- Call 904-336-0001 The phone number routes to 4 transportation employees desks.
- Go to www.oneclay.net/transportation Select Bus Planner (routing software) to create a login and password. Must have their student ID#.
