The Compliance Hotline provides a way for anyone to report suspected violations of any federal or state laws or Houston Physicians’ Hospital policies and procedures. The hotline is a dedicated line and no one at Houston Physicians’ Hospital will attempt to trace the call or figure out who the caller was.

Focus: To achieve alignment in the provision of evidence-based care and in the achievement of the organization’s vision and goals.
Why does it matter? This is important because this focus:
• Ensures that patients at Houston Physicians’ Hospital experience the highest quality of patient-centered care
• Ensures patient safety
• Aligns nursing leadership
• Provides support to nursing staff
• Allows the nurse to perform at the top of their license
• Ensures the nurse has the resources necessary for the provision of care
• Eliminates “silos”
• Fosters interdepartmental collaboration
• Builds credibility and trust within the organization
