Skyward Tips for Accessing Grades
Watch the first video below to learn how to access your student's grades in Skyward. This will help you keep track of how your student is doing throughout the six weeks period. At the three week mark and at the six week mark, reports are available in your student's portfolio in Skyward. This is how you can view your child's progress reports and their six-week's report cards. Watch the second video for tips on how to see report cards.

Clear Bag Guidelines
As you attend athletic events this year and events held in the auditorium, you will need to know the guidelines for clear bags. See the flyer below for more specifics or visit our website.
Attention Booster and PTO Boards
The MISD PTO and Booster Club Boards will meet as one large group on October 5 at the MHS Cafeteria at 6:00 p.m. PTO and Booster Board members will hear a presentation from the district reviewing the guidelines for PTOs and Boosters. This is required! Principals, sponsors, and coaches are also asked to attend to listen to the most up-to-date guidelines. They will have the opportunity to ask questions and hear best practices for their organization. MISD keeps an updated guideline document on the website at https://www.misd.gs/community/boosterpto.
MISD Visitor Procedures
MISD prioritizes the safety and security of our staff and students. We ask our MISD visitors to help us in the effort to keep kids as safe as possible. MISD appreciates your patience as we follow these procedures. To learn more about campus security and visitor guidelines, visit https://bit.ly/3QqqQzl.
Free and Reduced Meals
Schools now must transition back to requiring family applications for free and reduced-price meals to meet USDA requirements. Families are encouraged to complete the Application for Free and Reduced-Price School Meals and return the completed form to their campus. You can access the form to print by clicking here or you can apply online by clicking here. Visit our nutrition site to learn more about this program. (Spanish)
