This Week's News and Tidbits
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving break with your loved ones! Our students and staff were treated to a delightful Thanksgiving feast by our nutritional services team Mrs. Puga and Mrs. Miley. We appreciated their preparations and kindness in providing such a delicious meal.
We are looking forward to the return of all of our Kindergarten and first grade students to on-campus learning this week (Monday through Thursday). Our faculty and staff have been working hard preparing for their arrival today.
The character trait for the month of December is compassion - meaning a strong feeling of sympathy for other people's suffering or bad luck and a desire to help. Students have opportunities to demonstrate compassion each day and may even be recognized with a Falcon Card.
As the weather gets colder, please remember to send your student with warm outerwear. We are providing opportunities to get fresh air and play outside during the day.
Have a wonderful week,
Dr. Jorgensen
