First of all, let me say - THANK YOU for signing up!

There is still room for volunteering and there are a few CRITICAL NEEDS (art auction, student art show attendees, clean-up), For performances, we could still use some gym area performances.
If you have not yet signed up, go for it. I promise - it is a fun day! You will have fun, you will enjoy our community, and you will even gain a little weight from all the yummy food trucks!

Art Reminder - Competition
The Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District presents the second annual Water Drop Dash 5K T-Shirt Design Contest in preparation of the 8th Annual Water Drop Dash, hosted in partnership with the Chattahoochee Nature Center. Water Drop Dash celebrates EPA's WaterSense Fix a Leak Week, March 16-22, 2019, which highlights the importance of finding and fixing leaks in and around your home.
The design is for the front of the shirt only and must be digitally created and submitted. Submissions will be judged on the successful inclusion of the themes and/or messaging of water conservation and leak detection, creativity, visual appeal, and relatability to the wide audience of Water Drop Dash participants.
Attached are the guidelines for the t-shirt design contest, which includes an information sheet about Fix a Leak Week and water conservation.
We would appreciate your help in getting the word out about this contest. Please consider sharing this information with your students who might be interested in creating a design for our new Water Drop Dash t-shirt.
Deadline to submit is February 21, 2020 and finalists will be notified on February 26, 2019.
