Starting March 1 delinquent notices will be send home with students who have not paid their fair share fees. If you have any questions about your student’s fees or would like to make other arrangements for paying fees, please contact Mr. Frock.
How do I check to see if I paid my students fair share fees?
Step by step directions -- Where are my payments for Band Fees?
Log on to Charms with your student number....
https://www.charmsoffice.com/charms/login.asp
Click on the tab that says finances.
How do I pay?
- School Cash Online - https://www.schoolcashonline.com/
- Make checks payable to 'Austin High School Band' with the student’s name and purpose of the check in the memo section of the check. Payments may be turned in to the drop box located inside the directors’ office.
- When Paying with cash, put the money in a sealed envelope with students name on the outside of the envelope. Payments may be turned in to the drop box located inside the directors’ office.
As a reminder........
The band budget is fairly distributed among all band students. Student band fees are calculated by dividing the overall band budget by the number of expected students in each program. It is imperative for the success of the band program that all members realize their obligation to the group as a whole.
- Students who do not meet these needs will not be allowed to join us on band trips.
- Students must meet all “fair share” payments each year to qualify for a letter jacket.
Thank you to those who have paid their band fees in full!
