McFarlin & Friends Summer Beat
Week 7: July 24-28
A note from the coordinator:
Wow! Two more weeks, can you believe our last day is August 3rd? Time flies when you're having fun! All children did an AMAZING job staying close to their group at the Science Museum, it takes a lot of self-control and we appreciate your help in talking with them about this. This week is WATER WEEK! We will enjoy our time together with a water slide on Monday and water-themed activities throughout the week. Our field trip Wednesday is to the Warren Theater where your child will have the choice of watching Sing 2 (PG) or Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank (PG). Make sure your child is ready with their decision Wednesday morning! We are looking forward to "soaking up" (ha!) our last couple of weeks with these amazing kids!

Quick Reminders:
- Notify the coordinator and/or assistant coordinator (Mikella and Madisen) as soon as you know you will be picking up early or dropping off late by text, email, or phone call - this will ensure it is communicated to the classroom staff members and ensure an easier pick-up/drop-off.
- If you are dropping off or picking up outside of the specific time, you are asked to bring your child to/pick your child up from their class, whether that is on the 3rd floor or an off-campus location (Andrew's Park, Lions Park, OU Campus, etc).
- Please text/call the camp phone 10-15 minutes prior to drop off/pick up so that we can direct you to their class' location.
LATE PICK UP
- Picking up late will result in a late fee of $5 after the second occurrence. At 5:37pm, an additional late fee of $2 per minute will be applied to your account.
- Children's electronics stay at home, as they are not to be used at camp. If your child needs to get ahold of you throughout the day, they will be able to call you from the camp phone.
- We might occasionally watch a movie, but a message will be sent in advance so you are aware of the movie options and times.
NO HOME TOYS
- We are fully equipped with toys, games, activities, and much more to keep your child entertained. Home toys stay at home.
Tuition
Invoices will be sent home on or before the first of each month. Tuition for the entire 8 weeks of camp can be made in two payments of $800 due by June 9 and July 14. Tuition will be due for any family enrolled in the program regardless of whether your child attends camp. You can pay by cash, check, ACH, or Credit Card charge.
Late Payments
Payments will be considered late by June 12 and July 17 and will have a late fee of $10 applied to them. Any family needing to make alternate arrangements for payment should contact the program coordinator as soon as possible to avoid any late fees being charged to your account. An additional late fee of $5 will be added per day beginning on June 14 and July 19 to accounts with outstanding balances with no communication to the program coordinator.
