Lisa Dailey, Directora

Principal's Message

Greetings Hazelbrook Families,

State testing is under way and students are doing a great job of taking their time and trying their best. Thank you for your help in making sure they are well rested and well nourished.

I’m writing this message on Friday morning so I have not yet seen The Lion King Jr. but have heard it went incredibly well opening night! It has been a pleasure watching students practice - they have come such a long ways from where they started and I am so proud of them, Mr. Kennedy, Ms. Morris, and all of the parents who have worked so hard to make this happen!

These next few weeks will be busy:

  • Monday, April 17th:

    • Q4 kickoff pep assembly. We will run a special schedule where students will head directly to their 2nd period class in the morning - please help us remind them

    • Read & Win begins

  • The virtual bi-lingual book fair is happening

  • Thursday, April 20th: Unity Night

Enjoy the weekend with your families!

With gratitude,

Lisa Dailey, Principal

Spring Fundraising Drive

Coins For Kids April 10 - 30

Congratulations, Sixth Grade Class! You crushed the Coin Drive so you have earned a first round of prizes (water bottle sticker and tattoo).

Since we didn’t collect much as a school, we are extending the drive through the end of the month but you get bragging rights (and some swag) to celebrate raising the most money by the original deadline.

Visit https://the-ftts.org/all-grants to see how Hazelbrook has benefited from FTTS school grants.

Thanks for your support, and Go Hawks!

Tualatin Library Teen Room

Tualatin Public Library welcomes YOU to the Teen Room! Located in the back of the library, the Teen Room is a space reserved for students in grades 6-12. (The only adults allowed to stay in the room are library staff.) Why hang out in the Teen Room? Because it has a lot of stuff for you! Art supplies. Board games. Maker stuff. Computers. Space. And on weekends and school’s out days—video gaming! The Teen Room has an Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and Wii U for your use. Lots of games are available for you to play. In addition to all of this awesomeness, every Friday night is Teen Movie Night. After the library closes on Fridays, the Teen Room stays open for you to hang out and watch a movie (6-8:30pm). Questions? Email Aimee at ameuchel@tualatin.gov.
