Where Do I Go When I Get To School?
What if I want to make a change in my schedule?
2. Email your school counselor with your request. Your counselor will call you to the counseling office at the earliest convenience.
Water Bottle Filling Stations
Health Room Traffic Flow 2020-2021
Well student visits will use Entrance “W” which is the main entrance door to the health room. Well students will only have access to this one room of the health room area.
This entrance is for the following students:
· Daily medication
· Injury
· Nosebleed that isn’t minor.
· Students needing assistance that are not ill.
The goal is to minimize well student visits to the health room. Well students will not have access to restroom use in the health room.
Sick student visits will use Entrance “S” which will be the hallway door that is to the left of the health room. In the past this doorway has not been used by students but will now be the health room access for sick students.
This entrance is for students that have the following:
· Headache
· Sore throat
· Cough
· Difficulty breathing
· Fever
· Chills
· Body Aches
· Nausea with vomiting
· Diarrhea

Chromebook Issues
Students and parents can report Chromebook issues through the online repair form.

Please complete this form and someone will contact you within 1-2 business days to set up an appointment if the issue cannot be resolved remotely. You may also contact Mrs. Eargle in the Media Center with questions.
District Five Hybrid and Five student meal sites
All District Five Students will receive free meals through a U.S. Department of Agriculture
(USDA) waiver extension providing free breakfast and lunch to students until as late as the end of December 2020.
Students enrolled in the Five Virtual Program
Students can pick up their meals at these locations on Wednesday’s listed below:
- Chapin High School (bus loop) - 10:30 a.m.-12 noon
- Dutch Fork High School (bus loop) - 10:30 a.m.-12 noon
- Irmo High School (bus loop) - 10:30 a.m. - 12 noon
These locations will provide five-days’ worth of breakfast and lunch meals to students enrolled in the FIVE program.
Hybrid Meal Sites and Delivery Locations
Several bus delivery locations will be offered at district-wide locations on Wednesday’s. Hybrid Meals (3 days’ worth of breakfast and lunch meals) may also be picked up at the following locations:
Chapin High School: Bus Loop (10:30 a.m.-12 noon)
Dutch Fork High: Bus Loop (10:30 a.m.-12 noon)
Irmo High: Bus Loop (10:30 a.m.-12 noon)

It is recommended that the student creates the Parchment account in their name. Creating multiple accounts in the student's name may cause processing concerns.
Once you have created your account, please allow 2-5 business days for the approval and release of your transcript to your file. (The transcript will not appear immediately.)
If you are experiencing issues with your Parchment account, you can reach out to Customer Service by clicking on the Support button to the top right of your screen or email your School Counselor.
Summer grades will be available on updated transcripts by Mid-September.
