Free Summer meals
District 622 is participating in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). All enrolled children will be served a meal, without charge, on a first come, first served basis. The meals are the same for all children, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. To participate, students must come to one of the buildings hosting summer programming during posted mealtimes.
Visit the Nutrition Services Free Summer Meal Program website for a full schedule of locations, times, and dates/days.
There are no drive-up meals this summer.
Free sports physicals
In partnership with HealthPartners, the District will offer a free sports physical clinic at our Well@Work Clinic located in the District Education Center. Sports Physicals Clinic:
- Students will need to register and make an appointment via the HealthPartners Appointment Center: 952-967-6857. Please specify the appointment is for a "sports physical".
- Students will need to bring 2 forms the day of the event: the MSHSL form and the consent form.
- Student vaccine records will be able to be accessed through MIIC (Minnesota Immunization Information Connection).

Discounted At-Home Internet
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) provides eligible households a discount of up to $30 per month off their internet bills (or up to $75 per month for households living on Tribal lands), as well as a one-time discount of up to $100 off an eligible connected device like a laptop, desktop computer or tablet. In many cases, households can get high-speed internet without paying a dime by choosing a fully covered internet plan.
A household is eligible to participate in the ACP if a child in the household receives free or reduced-price school meals. Therefore, under the ACP rules, every household with a child attending a school participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program is eligible for ACP benefits.
