Whats this about?

The Sugar and Soda project is about comparing different sodas to healthier ones. You may be surprised at what you find, but believe me many people drink dozens of sodas every day, little do they know how much sugar they really are drinking.

V8 V.S Coca-Cola

Coca-Cola is everyone favorite soda right? Well surprisingly enough everybody favorite brand has 65g sugar per bottle. Enough sugar for now. While Coca-Cola has 65g sugar V8 only has 12g per bottle. Coca-Cola is almost 5 times more sugar then V8. Folks it looks like once again V8 has won this sugar showdown.

Staying Healthy

Make sure you continue to be healthy and don't assume anything that you eat/drink everyday and make sure that you check your nutrition labels.

Dos and Donts:

Do: check the nutrition label before buying your soda

Do: Make sure you drink healthy

Don't: Drink no more than 2 sodas every 2 days

Don't: Stick to a unhealthy diet


Tip: Yes sadly, coffee counts. Your morning cup of Jo may just turn out to be 0.03 grams of sugar. Enough to start your day?
