The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People
Synergize - The Habit of Creative Cooperation
Synergy involves teamwork, open-mindedness, and the adventure of finding new solutions to old problems. It's taking all that you have learned from your experiences and combining that knowledge with the knowledge and talents of others. All the previous five habits are used during this process. Synergy recognizes that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. One plus one doesn't equal two, it equals five, ten, or one hundred!

What, then, are we capable of in our lives if we work with others in synergistic relationships? Great things, indeed!
