What is K2 and how is it taken into the body?
K2 is any herb, incense, or leaf like product that has been sprayed with lab synthesized liquid to mimic the effect of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). It is highly addictive and affects your physical and psychological well being, K2 is taken into the body orally, for example it can be smoked or baked into food.
Slang/Street Names
Synthetic marijuana, spice, incense, fake weed, Yucatan Fire, skunk, moon rocks, zohai, and black mamba.
Short and Long term effects
Short term: rapid heart rate, vomiting, agitation, profuse sweating, confusion, hallucinations, hallucinations, anxiety, dizziness, headaches, slowed speech, heart attacks, reduced blood supply to the heart.
Long term: the long term effects this drug may have on reproduction, cancer development, memory, and addiction potential are unknown.
Signs Of Abuse
Seizures, tremors, coma, unconsciousness, vomiting, hallucinations, paranoia, numbness, tingling, high blood pressure, panic attacks, threatening behavior, aggression, terrible headaches, inability to speak and users may attack others.
