Sexual assault is any activity of a sexual nature that happens without consent. Sexual abuse is when an adult or older child forces, tricks, threatens, or bribes a child into sexual activity.

What is Rape?

The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim. Rape can be divided into two categories; first and second degree. First degree rape is Vaginal intercourse by force and without consent (a) with the use of a weapon or (b) inflicting serious injury or (c) aided by others.Second degree rape is
