What are the facts? Cyberbullying is a form of bullying that happens on the internet. Kids socialise very differently these days. A lot of it takes place on the internet, which is where parents find it hard to monitor.

Who can help? There is many people and organisations that will be happy to help with any online problems or situations that you need help with. Kids help line is one of the many organisations that work specifically on cyber bullying. Even parents or trusted friends can help you out with cyberbullying. If it gets to the stage where you can't handle it anymore you can even contact the police.
