On Friday, September 9, the RCS Middle School honored the individuals who lost their lives and supported our nation during the 9/11 attacks on the United States of America with a small ceremony held outside at the 9/11 Memorial near the Middle School. Band Director Kermit Wamsley played Taps after a moment of silence was held to pay tribute to those who lost their lives, and as an honor to those who went above and beyond to help our nation in a time of need.
