Last 8th Grade Update
Time flies when you are having fun!
I can't believe we ONLY have a month left until graduation! Where has the time gone? I know the students may be eager to go to high school but I will cherish each day I have with them. This is a wonderful group of students and I have enjoyed spending time with them and helping to shape them into amazing science students.
It's been a wonderful year and it wouldn't be possible without the amazing support from the parent community!
Jordan Car
The students built cars, tested the speed and acceleration, and modified it to go as fast as possible!
Kidblog
The students do reflections each month about what they have learned. We also include opinion posts in the mix too! It's amazing to see them being kind and respectful to one another online.
Astronomy Unit
We just finished our "speedy" version of astronomy to ensure the students were prepared for the CST Test. Now we will go back and complete the labs we missed. I think this may be the most interesting unit of the year!
