Newsletter Week of March 13, 2023
Dear Nashoba Regional High School Community,
It was a busy weekend for Nashoba with two playoff games and the DECA state competition. In true Nashoba style, we won both the athletic competitions and had the strongest showing yet at DECA with 23 of our students qualifying for nationals!
Congratulations to our boys hockey and basketball teams on their victories and to our DECA competitors!
Tonight our boys varsity basketball team plays in the Final Four against number 2 ranked Mansfield at 7:15 PM at Worcester State. And our boys varsity hockey team will play in the state championship this weekend against Scituate at 5:30pm on Sunday at the Boston Garden.
Also, this weekend, our First Robotics team will be competing this weekend at Reading Memorial High School.
Good luck everyone and Go Wolves!
Reminder there is no school for students on Friday 3/17/23 for a staff professional development day.
For next week:
On Monday the 20th, author Elizabeth Wein will be coming to speak to the Facing History Class and the Senior writing class. She will also be in the library during A period for an informal meet and greet.
The Library will be closed to study hall students on Monday March 20th for B and D periods.
Have a great week!
Sincerely,
Dr. Kate Boynton, principal
