Our student supply pickup is scheduled for Monday, September 14th, anytime from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM. For this process to run safely and efficiently, we ask the following procedures be followed:
Please print and fill out THIS PAGE prior to your arrival. If a printer isn’t available, please write the information on a piece of paper. Please write one for each child that attends Silver Springs. We ask that you place this page in your windshield as it will assist our process in terms of efficiency.
As you arrive, please follow the signs to the parking lot near the gym and do not exit the line until you have all your supplies. Please see THIS MAP for directions on how to enter and exit the loop off of Silver Springs Drive.
When picking up supplies, a volunteer will radio into the gymnasium and your supplies will be brought to you.
Students and parents are asked to remain in their vehicles throughout the pickup process.
If possible, please open either your trunk or sliding door and one of our volunteers will place your materials inside your vehicle...touchless service :)
Please be patient as our goal is to safely get all supplies to you as efficiently as possible.
Please note - If you are a parent of a virtual 1st Grade student at Winchester, you will go to the supply pick-up at your home school.

COVID-19 Symptom Screening Tool
Families received laminated versions of the symptom screener this week in the mail along with recommendations of what to send their child to school with each day. See Classroom Ready Checklist below.
Parents or guardians MUST check students for COVID-19 symptoms EACH DAY BEFORE sending a child to school. By sending your child to school, you are declaring that you have completed this symptom checker and that your child is not exhibiting any of the symptoms on the form.

We Need You…PTA Executive Board Open Positions
It’s time to complete our Executive Board for the 2020-21 school year. Have you considered getting more involved in the PTA and want to help make a difference at Silver Springs? A position on the Silver Springs Executive Board may be the place for you. This is a great opportunity to learn about the PTA and have an active role in all the things the PTA does for Silver Springs.
The positions of Treasurer (2 yr commitment) and 2nd Vice President are open for the upcoming school year.
