Breakfast
The most important meal of the day is breakfast and there is a reason why.
*It gives you energy and prepares you for the day ahead. There is a range of things that you can eat for breakfast for example cereal, fruit, yogurt and more.
*It will keep you full untill lunch time when you can eat again.
*It's the first meal that you have eaten since dinner/tea.
A fruity breakfast
Some cereals you can mix with fruit. You can also put fruit in yoghurt for a tasty start to the day.

Another way to start the day healthily is with Activia pouring yogurt. You can mix it with cereals and fruit and it comes in different fruity flavours.
Fruit juices
You can get different flavours of fruit juice each with their own flavour, texture, and smell. You can get smooth fruit juice or juice with bits in.
