January To-Do List
- Monthly Report for Dec. if not completed
- MTSS Behavior
- CPU lessons for Elementary (if not done already)
- ES - Send 3 Transition Team Surveys (Family, Transition Team, 5th Graders)
- Individual Graduation Plans MS and HS
- Scholarships (Local Scholarship information will be communicated as it is received)
- HS binder and review of another counselor's caseload should be complete
- YouScience should be complete
- Mid-Year Evaluations- Update documentation for CKES /Annual Agreement results update
- Registration Timeline- Registration Window Opens in January /High School Registration for MS and HS Counselors
- High School Plan Graduation Activities- Signing Day, Luncheon for College Commits, An additional apply to college day (Khan and Barksdale/EcoSystem Project Leaders)
- REACH Scholar updated in the GA Futures Portal/ MS and HS Counselors
- Finalize plans for ES transition visits to MS

Jan. 6 Scheduling Session with Dr. Taylor 9:00-11:30 for MS and HS counselors(Register in KickUp)
Jan. 13 ES Monthly Meeting 8:00-9:30
Jan. 13 Secondary Monthly Meeting 9:30-11:00
Middle School- Plan transition visits for 5th graders

When possible, make DFCS reports through Georgia's mandated reporter website at: https://cps.dhs.ga.gov/Main/Default.aspx . Reporter contact information is provided through the site and follow-up calls are made if additional information is needed. Before you can register on the mandated reporter website, you must take a short, free online mandated reporter training offered by Pro Solutions training at:
