The School Counselors have moved offices...
- School Counselors are now located in NUAMES Main Office
- D3 Stewart Center, 3rd Floor, Suite 316
EVERYONE CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE!
- ALL students should have English, Math, Science, and History classes
- MOST 10th and 11th grade students should have an Engineering class
- Make sure you have 8 classes on your schedule - NO GAPS ALLOWED unless we've approved that
- Notify your counselor if you see something missing (email or come visit them)
Information about Term 1 Schedule Changes
- FREE Schedule Changes will go through Friday, Aug 18
- Starting MONDAY Aug 21, you must pay a $10 class change fee AND get a Schedule Change Request form signed by both teachers (class leaving and new class) before we can change your schedule
- If you have an error on your schedule (example: missing a core class), those will be fixed for free!
FINAL DAY FOR SCHEDULE CHANGES = FRIDAY AUG 25th!!
WEBER STATE COMPUTER SUPPORT
Need Help with Weber State Admissions, Weber Account, OR CE Class Registration?
When and Where?
- Where: Davis DUAL ENROLLMENT, Building D2, Suite 241
- When: Aug 24 11:00-4:00 OR Aug 25 12:30-2:30
Weber State staff will be available to assist NUAMES students with the following:
- Creating a Weber State account, user name, and password
- Account holds
- Answering questions about Early College scholarships
- CE Class Registration
Dates for Weber State CE Registration Fall Semester
- Last Date to ADD a CE Course = Sep 15, 2023
- Deadline to DROP a Weber Course = Sep 15, 2023
- Deadline to WITHDRAW from a Weber Fall SEMESTER Course = Nov 10, 2023
- Deadline to WITHDRAW from Weber YEAR-LONG Course = Feb 23, 2024
- Withdrawals will show W on WSU transcript.
- Students may NOT drop or withdraw a class after NUAMES midterm. You must wait until Term 2 to take this action.
Weber State EARLY COLLEGE Semester Starts Aug 28
- Must be registered for any EARLY COLLEGE WSU courses by Fri 8/25 to attend an Early College class
- Early College Students: Remember to always talk to your NUAMES Counselor AND your WSU Early College Advisor before ever withdrawing from a class!!

- WHEN: Aug 25 AFTER SCHOOL
- WHERE: Davis Campus, Behind D2 Building
- WHAT: Get a free sno-cone, meet the counselors, and meet other students!
