Ripley Central School Elementary
We are counting our blessings! Thanksgiving Week, Nov. 2014
Below you will see many of the things we are thankful for at Ripley Central School. We can never list everything we are thankful for because the list is endless...but here's a beginning. May you remember all your blessings today!
1st grade with their Thankful turkeys!
Students show their gratitude in many ways.
2nd Grade After School Program- The 2nd graders learned how to write a friendly letter this past week!
The friendly letters they are writing are being sent to soldiers fighting overseas.
We talked about the importance of thanking these soldiers for what they are doing and bringing them a little holiday cheer even though they may not be home for the holidays!
One more second grader preparing her thank you!

Spanish Club says "Gracias"
Mrs. Loretta Miller and her Learn Spanish through Technology Club members would like to say a big “gracias” to Dr. Ormsby for the opportunity to participate in this After School Program Club. Everyone enjoyed the chance to become familiar with Spanish/Mexican language, culture, and some foods. Here are links to the recipes we tried:
