Exercise Obstacle Course
Items you will need to set up your course before you begin:
- couch or chair
- a floor mat/rug
- slippery socks
- remote control or phone
- clock or stopwatch
- measure and mark a distance of 15"
**Set up your course ahead of time so everything is ready before you start the watch.

Activities
Step 1: Warm Up
- Run in place for 20 seconds
- Do 10 jumping jacks
**Now get your stopwatch or clock ready to go. You will time and record how long it takes to complete your obstacle course.
- Ready GO...Start the clock!!!!!
- Couch Sit and Jump (20x)
- Couch Incline Push-up (20x)
- Sock Running Man (10x each leg)
- Shuttle Run (touch each object 10x)
- Mat Jumps (10x each leg)
- Remote Control Balance Touches (10x each leg)
- Scissor Steps (10x each leg)
- STOP the clock!!!!
*Write down or remember your time. Rest 1 minute.
Step 3: Obstacle Course Run #2
- Ready GO...Start the clock!!!!!
- Couch Sit and Jump (20x)
- Couch Incline Push-up (20x)
- Sock Running Man (10x each leg)

- Mat Jumps (10x each leg)
- Remote Control Balance Touches (10x each leg)

Step 4: Cool Down
- Slow deep breathing
- Tripod - try to hold for 10 seconds
- Standing Toe Touch - hold 10 seconds
