NEW Mass Day Schedules!

With the start of this new semester, we have started our new Day schedule! On mass days, our hour of mass counts towards our religion credit, and one of our religion teachers, Mrs. Hensley, is off campus. Therefore, we had to ensure that all scholars were getting their full required math, reading, science, and social studies minutes AND we had to accommodate for one less teacher on Wednesday. New mass schedules started today! The fun part of mass day is that it provides a little more time for some of our discretionary classes such as technology, drama, and library! Scholars were able to participate in those classes today!

MLK Day - Monday, January 20th

Our Lady of Fatima campus will be closed Monday, January 20th, in observance of MLK Day. The school will re-open Tuesday, January 21st with regular school hours and extended day.

Need to Speak to a Staff Member?

Please call the front office to schedule conferences with your scholars' teacher or the principal. Please do not simply drop in for a conference. Teachers and staff have meetings, schedules, planning periods, and lunch that have to be accommodated. Please be respectful and mindful of our staffs' schedules. We have their schedules on hand and can make an appointment for you with them within 24 to 48 hours. Thank you for your help!

Please remember to use GroupMe as a way to get reminders or questions out regarding class events only. If you have questions for your scholar's teacher on individual or personal matters, please email the teacher or contact the school during business hours. Our teachers have been receiving a myriad of side messages and messages during class time. Please remember that our teachers are teaching! Please do not expect them to answer during class time. We want the to Group me to serve as a means to obtain help from other parents and when necessary, teachers and coaches, but we do need parents to adhere to the Group Me Guidelines. As per the handbook, Group Me, here are the Group Me guidelines:

· Using group me as a communication tool only, such as for obtaining information about upcoming events, homework,

· Abstaining from personal messages or using the group me to send a message to the teacher about your personal needs or something about just your child—please use email for this.

· Using group me to report absences, tardies, or extended day needs. These need to be reported to the office only.

· Airing personal grievances or any other comments that goes against the Christian Code of Conduct
