Olympic Gold Medalist
This year, Alshley Caldwell is the women contestants of the 2014 Winter Olympics turn too. In Sochi, Russia, the competition has never been greater. Queen of the aerials, Caldwell has suffered a knee injury. But does that stop her? No! She says it makes her even more determined to do better and inspire others.

History
Freestyle skiing saw it's first Olympics in 1988 in Calgary, as a demonstration sport. Some say that the aerial event is the most breathtaking event. 12 men and women get scores from 5 judges and advance to the final round. The Us with three silver medals dominated all of the other countries in Aerial Ski Jumping.
