Nutrition is very healthy for you.You should always try to eat the certain amount of food servings a day to stay healthy.You can eat sugar but you should not eat to much or else it will effect your blood sugar.You should always get outside for at least 60 minutes a day.In each food group there is something healthier than others.For example, Wheat bread is healthier than white bread because it has more nutrients.You need grains because they have carbohydrates which give you energy.

Food Pathogens

Some pathogens can get into your food and beverages before you buy them.The pathogens enter them when it is being grown or processed.Pathogens can come from people who don't wash their hands.Many pathogens grow slower in cold temperatures.You should always wash your hands before and after eating food so pathogens don't grow on them.
