FEBRUARY NOTICES: Hapy Chinese New Year, Heart Health Month, & Valentine's Day! Change to Qi Gong Group Practice schedule starting week of February 11 (see below). Trial run of Independent Exercise time on Tuesdays and Thursdays (see below). No beginner Tai Chi on 2/6. New times for Chin Na (Eagle Claw) and Baguazhang. 2/8 Yoga -- Marina subbing for Dori. 2/15 Yoga cancelled.

Classes are open to JABSOM and UHCC students, staff, and faculty. All wellness classes are FREE and held in the UHCC Cancer Center Wellness Center unless otherwise noted. No classes on state and federal holidays.
