Luis Valdez Leadership Academy
LION ROAR
Welcome back!
Dear Amazing Lions,
Welcome to the 2021-2022 academic school year. I am excited to begin the year as the new principal of LVLA and looking forward to connecting with all of you soon. LVLA is a special place, because of the incredible young people who go here, our supportive families and our dedicated staff. You can expect a longer message next week as we will have more information to share with you.
The pandemic has presented us with many unprecedented challenges and hardships, but through our collective strength and resiliency as a community, we have reached this wonderful milestone. Luis Valdez Leadership Academy is very excited to welcome our students, parents, and educators back to our campus for in-person teaching and learning.
We will open the 2021-2022 Academic School in-person on Monday, August 9, 2021 @ 8:30am in masks. Safety is always our primary focus for students and staff. We will continue to update, maintain and enforce COVID-19 protocols that center physical health and social responsibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you did not get the chance to survey that was sent home, please find it below in the message from The Foundation for Hispanic Education.
