Updates from the District

Back to School Guide

The first day of school is Monday, August 8. To help prepare for the coming school year, the Clark County School District encourages you to read the Back to School Guide by going online and visiting backtoschool.ccsd.net. Parents/guardians will find the Back to School Guide an invaluable resource with information about registration, meals, transportation, safety, parent/guardian resources, and graduation requirements.

CCSD’s annual Back to School Legal Notices is available at backtoschool.ccsd.net/legal-notices/. Back to School Legal Notices includes information on various topics and issues such as student privacy, a safe and respectful learning environment, students with disabilities, non-discrimination and accessibility, and more.

If you would like to receive a printed copy of Back to School Legal Notices or the Back to School Guide, contact your child’s school or pick one up at the Edward Greer Education Center at 2832 East Flamingo Road or the Administrative Center at 5100 West Sahara Avenue.

School Supplies Needed (*Optional Supplies for Your Child)

The Clark County School District provides necessary supplies for all students in order to meet their educational needs. However, we know that sometimes parents choose to buy school supplies for their child.
