SPIRIT GAMES

On Sunday, April 30, 2017, SMG will once again participate in the Stephen Breen Memorial Foundation Spirit Games. This foundation has been a tremendous help in offering financial assistance to those families seeking the traditional values and academic excellence SMG offers to students and families. At present, the Stephen Breen Foundation has helped several SMG families with tuition assistance. This is an incredible blessing, and we are so very grateful for the help received from the foundation. We would like to be the number one participating school this year to show our gratitude! Please visit the SMG website and click on the Stephen Breen Memorial Foundation link to register online for this fun-filled event. Students may wear their Stephen Breen Memorial Foundation Spirit Game t-shirts to school on Friday spirit days.

See you on Sunday, April 30th to celebrate Mass with the Bishop on Nolan's football field, enjoy live music by our very own Mr. Smith, and have lots of fun with SMG's sponsored dunk booth along with many other booth activities and field events!

Congratulations

Nolan students competed in the Dallas Summer Musical Theatre competition along with 70 other schools participating from North Texas and Oklahoma. Congratulations to our SMG alums!

SMG/Nolan student Bailey Wang received a 1 on her critique and will be recognized at the awards ceremony for Best Direction and receive Honorable Mention.

SMG/Nolan students Mo Burnham and Jenna Rowell were nominated for the DSM High School Musical Theatre awards for Best Lights.

Prayers

What an inspiration! Trey Rowe helps a friend participate in a baseball game.

I will continue to pray for our youth to take time out of busy schedules to give back to answer their "Yes" from Christ.
