9/21/2018 Your Weekly Update for Mayfield Intermediate
Picture Day Success!
Today we had our picture day. We had all students and staff photographed. Students ate lunches in their homerooms while the photographers set up in our cafeteria. I hope that our Mayfield families enjoy these timeless keepsakes. We will have picture day retakes in November if your child missed today. Picture re-take day is November 15th!
Early Release Day
Wednesday, September 26, 2018 will be an early release day for students. Students will be dismissed at 11:20 AM. During early release days teachers participate in professional development opportunities in the afternoon to help enhance their professional skills. Please make sure that you have arrangements for your child set up in advance since they will be coming home early this day. Buses will depart Mayfield Intermediate at 11:20 AM.
Interim Reports and Parent Teacher Conferences
It's hard to believe but we have just finished the fourth week of school. This marks the midpoint in the 1st quarter. Students will be bringing home their 1st quarter interim reports home on Thursday, September 27, 2018. Please check your child's grades. Contact your child's teacher if you have any questions. You can also set up a time to meet with your child's teachers during our Parent Teacher Conferences on October 4th and October 5th.
Positive Messages During Lunch
Thank you to Ms. Broskey for helping set a positive tone. During lunches students are provided with positive recognition through the use of our school's projector.
