I'll tell you the 3 ways you can not be FAT. Number One: STOP EATING JUNK FOOD!!!!!!

( cupcakes, cakes, brownies, ect.). Number Two: Get at LEAST 8 hrs of sleep. And finally Number Three: Need to get 1 hr of exercise.
