It was a GREAT weekend for Mayan Athletics! Our Girl's and Boy's basketball teams made it to the final rounds of the playoffs. Great job representing our school Mayans!

Our softball and baseball teams came home with banners!!! These are our first banners in a few years. We are so proud of you Mayans and coaches!

Thank you to everyone who attended our Dia de los Muertos event last week. Our Mariachi programs, Spanish classes, and more showcased their talents during this awe-inspiring cultural event. Thank you once again to all families who donated candy for our class and treat. We have over 200 students and 24 staff participate in this fun event. We could not do it without your support!!!

Halloween was fun on campus with a costume contest and our Club MAYA Haunted House! We had over 100 students attend the Haunted House. Thank you Coach Cosme and Caro for your extra dedication to putting on this activity for our students.

Over the weekend, Montgomery Middle hosted the 15th annual Trebuchet event! Ms. Chai led the Mayans to success! We loved seeing everyone come out to support!

Our strengths highlight this week is CONFIDENCE

The genius of Confidence begins with their resilience. This means that they have an attitude that no matter what happens, they will in fact “bounce back” and probably reach higher heights even if they momentarily fail.

They don't have to be like everyone else and they don't have to follow the trends. They believe in their abilities and will defend them. They are ready to take on any challenge.
