A Message From Your Principal
Dear BC Families:
This Fall, Teacher-Parent-Student Virtual Conferences will be scheduled on the evening of Wednesday, October 28 and all day on Thursday, October 29. There will be no school on Thursday and Friday, October 29th and 30th. The purpose of Fall Conferences is to meet with all parents in order to discuss student progress. Interpreters will be provided for families requiring the service. Often, busy schedules limit the time that teachers and parents can share information, so making the most of opportunities such as conferences becomes even more important. Please make this conference a high priority for communicating with your child’s teacher!
Butler Creek is using PTCFast.com to make signups as convenient as possible this year. Please click on the link below to begin the process. You will then be able to select your child's teachers (including Music and PE), and the day and appointment time that you prefer. You can also find the link on the Butler Creek website. After signing up, you will receive an appointment confirmation email. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please check your SPAM or Junk folder.
Please sign up for an appointment by Friday, October 23. After you have signed up, teachers will have a Zoom link posted in their virtual classrooms for you to click on and join your child’s conference on the 28th or 29th.
If you encounter any problems, please contact the office or your child’s teacher.

Message from Your PTA
BC Virtual JOG-A-THON (October 12-16)
Today is the last day of the virtual Jog-a-thon. Make sure you have kept track of all your activity. Starting Saturday, the 17th, you should start collecting pledges either in cash or using the square link. Pledge forms can be emailed to the PTA if you don't have anyone paying in cash or you can drop them off on November 3rd from 4:00pm-6:00pm or at packet distribution on November 4th from 1:00pm-3:00pm.

We will accept pledge sheets and all cash on November 3rd and 4th. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED THIS YEAR.
Our school goal is $5,000.00! Go Bobcats!
Great news! We have extended the fall spirit sale to Sunday, November 18th. Lots of great items, including bobcat masks, to pick from for your Butler Creek kiddo. Items should be here by the middle of November.
