BAND CONCERT MONDAY NOVEMBER 18th at 6 pm In the FRMS AUDITORIUM! See below for more information
6th grade: Brass and percussion class has finished the first part of our book! They are now required to bring their laptops to class so we can use them for the second part of our book. Please make sure they are charging them at night so they are ready to go 2nd hour 😊
Woodwinds are working really hard on their concert music and the improvement has been amazing! We can not wait to play for you!
7th grade: We are giving the book work a little break until the concert is over to focus on the concert music. You should be hearing them practice at home, if they are unable to bring their instrument home, ALL students have received a pass to come in at 7:20 am every morning except Tuesday.
8th grade: We are also giving the book a bit of a break, their concert music is coming along really nicely and again, you should be hearing them practice 20 – 30 minutes per day and if they need to practice at school, they too have a pass to come in for morning practice.
Pep Band: Our Veterans day performance went very well, so proud of them! Not sure when we will perform for another home game but I will keep you posted and try to give you 2 – 3 days notice.
ALL BANDS: Concert is Monday, November 18th at 6 pm in the FRMS Auditorium. Students should show up at 5:15 pm wearing black from the waist down and a white t-shirt or tank top to wear under the white polo shirt we will be providing. Students who are in basketball or wrestling should plan ahead and bring their concert gear to change into after practice. Students are required to stay for the entire performance so please do not ask to take them early. This concert should last at the most 1 hour. We are doing yearbook pictures so please make sure everyone is in attendance.
T-shirts are here! They are being distributed today. If you did NOT buy a t-shirt and would like to still purchase one, I am working with the company to open the store again for further sales.
