Welcome back!
We hope you enjoyed your much-deserved break. Now that it's December and another break is upon us, jump back in and get to work! Spend the next two weeks digging into the last bit of what you've planned and then rest. It is a whirlwind season filled with so many fantastic homeschool possibilities, and we want you to live it to the fullest!
A good tip for the busy season is to create spaces where creativity can flourish! Don't let the extra commitments create an environment where it feels like the basics can't get done. Use it to your advantage! Set up a card table filled with seasonally themed books, stickers, and crafts. Encourage your kids to make cards, gifts, decorations, and anything related to the holidays and changing of the seasons. This will give them so many opportunities to think outside of the box and build their creative skills. Encourage them to write poems, stories, and songs that align with the way your family celebrates the holidays, season, and new year! So many excellent language arts lessons can be found within the simple pages of a holiday card or story.
Another excellent way to practice math skills in an out-of-the-box way is in the kitchen! 'Tis the season for extra cooking and baking! Don't let it make you feel like you can't fit in all the extras...use the time in the kitchen as an excellent gateway to fractions and budgeting!
Please reach out anytime and get to know us! We love supporting homeschool families and look forward to getting to know you.
We are so happy to answer all of your questions and guide you through
learning about homeschool philosophy, curriculum, and the homeschool lifestyle.
Don't let yourself drown in worry or fear over homeschooling.
If you find yourself there, reach out!
We hope to connect with you soon,
Audrey & Candice

Would your student like to participate?
Hello, Inspire Families!
We are so excited about the Entrepreneur Fair that is coming to Riverside County on December 13th. This was a huge success last year, and we can’t wait to see what our students do this year! If you are interested in participating, please check out the information below and then sign up using Entrepreneur Fair 2019 Sign-Ups by December 2nd.
We would like to provide you with some guidelines as you consider participating:
- All creations must be from student entrepreneurs (No retail items, please.)
- If you are bringing a food item, please list all ingredients at your booth and/or on the packaging.
- Items that pose a danger to anyone will not be allowed on site.
- Instructional funds cannot be used to purchase materials for creating your wares.
- You will be responsible for providing your own “booth” at the event. This can be an EZ-Up, table, or another way to define your space. Even a blanket can define space! Please keep your space to no larger than 12 x 12. On the day of the event, we will direct you to your site for the day.
- Be creative! Make a sign with prices and/or label each of your items.
- Plan ahead! Bring enough cash to make the change for your customers.
- Part of being an entrepreneur is marketing, so you may want to create your own marketing email or flyer (or use the one provided) to share with your family and friends to invite them to come shop.
- All proceeds are yours to keep. After all, you are the entrepreneur.
Please RSVP by December 2nd!

Audrey Everson
Hi everyone! I am a mom of 3 awesome kids ranging in age from 11 to 7 years old. My husband and I are high school sweethearts and have been married for 16 years. Having homeschooled our children over the last 7 years in 3 different states, I've found homeschooling here in California, especially with Inspire Charter, has been a great fit for our homeschool journey. I am grateful for our ability to homeschool so freely and I aspire to assist other families with their own homeschool adventures!
