UPDATES
- PLEASE DO NOT ADD PROGRESS REPORT TO IEPS THAT ARE IN DRAFT. For additional information regarding this, see LaRita's reply to the email I sent on 12.13.18.
- You do not have to add therapist progress report information to IEPs and you will not receive a link to the 2nd nine weeks progress report folder in Google Drive.
- The related service coordinator will update therapist notes to the progress reports in SER and this will be complete when you return on January 3. On January 3, you will need to monitor and ensure that notes are there before you save and email progress reports to IEP Writers. If therapist notes are missing, please email Gcooper@k12.com.
- I will touch base with each of you before you leave for your winter break, either today or Monday. Tuesday, 12.18, LaRita and I will be in leadership team meeting but please feel free to Skype or email us.
- Team, while you are off relax, enjoy your family, and recharge. Happy Holidays and enjoy your break!!

FAST Team
Our next FOG is January 25th. Look for the schedule in the first Launch Pad in January. I'm looking into taking out a location and adding some people to the schedule.
All of our current FAST referrals are either being closed or carried over to next semester. We have a list of failing students already assigned for next semester.
Remember, to use the Enduring Connection Call template for all successful student dialogue.
Counseling Team
This time of year can bring on a number of different emotions and tasks. We wanted to share some information regarding managing holiday stress. Please take a moment to read the article posted above! Lastly, we hope you enjoy your holiday break!
Best,
Your LAVCA Counseling Team
