New Chromebooks

Our teachers and students are excited to use these tools to enhance learning. The ratio will be one laptop for every two students in grades 3 and 4. Written parent permission is needed for our 3rd and 4th graders to use these tools and vetted websites and learning platforms. If you haven't sent back a permission slip, please send it back on Monday so that your child can begin using these new tools.

4th Grade Inventors

Today, three 4th graders shared their new invention! They were faced with a real world problem and created an effective solution. Ms. Miceli had shared their class dilemma of what to do with student water bottles now that there are new laptops in the classroom. Maya, Keira and Zoe created their own bags to hang water bottles from their desks or chairs. Wow, this was so impressive!!!

Pumpkin Glow and Scholastic Book Fair

We are trilled to carry on our annual tradition of having a family event in anticipation of Halloween. Thank you to Dr. Moffitt and all parent and teacher volunteers for planning a fun event. Pumpkin Glow will take place on Friday, October 28th. Families can also visit the Scholastic Book Fair that evening.

Please consider donating a carved pumpkin for us to light and display behind the school. All carved pumpkins must arrive by 3:30 pm so that we have time to set them up before event attendees arrive. Dr. Moffiff is also looking for adult volunteers. Please email her if you can assist.
