CHS Senior Basketball, Cheer, Dance and BNN Members Recognized Last Week!
Alison Brooke Burleson is the daughter of Tim and Kim Burleson. Ali has been a part of the CHS Dance team for 3 years. She will be attending the University of Alabama to pursue a degree in Law.
Chloe Carter is the daughter of Robert and Gillian Carter. Chloe has been a part of the CHS Dance team for 3 years. She plans to attend college and pursue a career in professional dance.
Coleman Callan is the son of Amanda Callan. Coleman has been a part of the CHS Bearcat News Network for 4 years. He will be attending college to pursue a degree in Mass Communication with a focus in Strategic Communication and Sports Media.
Hannah Leigh Hoffman is the daughter of Jessica Posey and Jason Hoffman. Hannah has been part of the CHS basketball team for 5 years. She will be attending Wallace State to pursue a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
Emma Ray is the daughter of Michael and Julie Ray. Emma has been part of the CHS basketball team for 4 years. She will be attending Wallace State to begin her study of Animal Science.
Bailey Battles is the daughter of Heather Battles and Gordon Battles. Bailey has been a part of the CHS cheer team for 4 years. Bailey plans to attend Jacksonville State to pursue a degree in nursing.
Katelyn Kress is the daughter of John and Tara Kress. Katelyn has been a part of the CHS cheer team for 4 years. Next year, Katelyn plans to pursue a degree in chemical engineering at Auburn University.
Averi Wallace is the daughter of David and Amy Wallace. Averi has been a part of the CHS cheer team for 4 years. She plans to attend Wallace State to pursue a degree in health science.
Nicholas Keith Glass is the son of Keith and Susan Glass. Nic has been part of the CHS basketball team for 4 years. He plans to attend college next year to continue his athletic career in either football or track.
Jaden Anthony Kay is the son of Joe and Amy Kay. Jaden has been a part of the CHS basketball team for 3 years. He will be attending college and playing football next year.
Brodie Malcom is the son of Julie Malcom and the late Randy Malcom. Brodie has been a part of the CHS basketball team for 1 year. He plans to attend college next year and play football.
Jaden Orr is the son of Richard and Joey Orr. Jaden has been part of the CHS basketball team for 4 years. He will be attending the University of Alabama to pursue a degree in Sports Management.

CHS Continues Hybrid Schedule
School Take-Home Lunches for Hybrid and Virtual Students
- School breakfasts and lunches are free for all students through December.
- Virtual meals every Tuesday from 9:00am -9:30am pick up at the back dock area of the parking lot. They will include 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches.
- Hybrid meals every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday which will include 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches. Tuesdays and Fridays will be the first 30 mins of BE. Students can come into the lunchroom and pick up their bag.
- Hybrid Students also have the option of coming on Wednesday to pick up their hybrid meal at the back dock area of parking lot between 11:30-12:30.
