At the Rochester Public Library, you can check out a human for 30 minutes. Each human comes with a unique personal story or expertise to share.
Free Sound Effects and Loops
The Free Sound Project is a crowd-sourced collection of music loops and sound effects available for public use. Some restrictions apply, but in most cases giving credit to the donor is all that is needed to use these sounds.
