May Dance Is Around the Corner
1. Beginning on April 2, our first day after spring break, any student that receives an in-school or out of school suspension will not be able to attend the May Dance.
2. The dress code is semi-formal:
- Suit/tie/bowtie/dress pants
- Dresses or skirts must be no shorter than finger-tip length when arms are held straight down by the side.
- All dresses must have straps and appropriate chest coverage
- No bare midriffs
- Anyone not in compliance with the dress code will not be admitted to the dance.
TechConnect Challenge
Each week in March, we’re challenging students and parents to work together to complete a technology challenge! Along the way, you’ll learn tips for parents in a digital world, the importance of sharing and connecting with your child online, and ways to promote creativity using online and real-world activities.
WEEK ONE CHALLENGE: Create something online with your child.
Ask your child to share something with you that they have created on their phone or computer. Then, get your child to teach you how they created it! If your child has not created anything online, brainstorm something you both want to learn and find a tutorial on Youtube and follow the instructions! Take a screenshot or photo of you and your child creating the project and post it here!

Share your progress with us throughout March, and mark your calendars for our TechConnect night on May 10! The event will showcase how Pickerington Schools is connecting traditional and digital learning environments between our schools and our community. #PLSDproud
