Trade–focused seminar hosting 50 guests in theatre-style seating, followed by walk-around trade wine tasting. Guests will include wine retailers, importers and distributors, food and wine journalists and opinion leaders.

South Australia is The Open Door: Creative. Innovative. Industrious.
The venue will be transformed into the image of an iconic vineyard landscape to create a premium rustic urban vineyard or cellar door experience. Our goal is to transport a little piece of South Australia to Austin and create a magical space. The venue theming will carry from daytime to the evening event.
By leveraging the Sister-City partnership with Austin, the purpose of the event will be to communicate the South Australian story to key influencers to create a sense of warmth and hospitality.
Both day and evening events will provide a beautiful showcase for South Australia's premium wine and welcoming hospitality. The food will reflect South Australian products incorporated into the menu.
The evening may also be used as a potential opportunity as the international launch of Adelaide, South Australia joining “the Great Wine Capitals” Global Network.
