Mysterious Happenings in the Library
Who were the two visitors in the library this week? They read stories to the 1st and 2nd graders and played a mystery game with them. The students proved that they were good detectives by using clues to guess the identities of the mystery literary characters.
What do you do with a quacking dog?
Mrs. Battistoni, the children's librarian at Hyde Park Library, is reading "Mr. Putney's Quacking Dog" by Jon Agee to 1st graders.
Miss Lisa Loves a Mystery!

Libraerobics?

HURRAY FOR PARENT VOLUNTEERS!
Parents Learn About the Library
Many parents have offered to help out in the library doing all sorts of things from shelving books, checking books in and out, helping students to find books and repairing worn out spine labels. The students love to see parents in the library and Mrs. Feldman appreciates all the extra helping hands!
